1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all tickets offered for sale for events organized by the organizer.
1.2. Any individual or legal entity purchasing a ticket (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.
1.3. Ticket sales are carried out through the organizer and its authorized official sales channels.
1.4. These Terms are governed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Ticket Purchase
2.1. Tickets may only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer.
2.2. Each ticket is provided with a unique identification method (QR code, barcode, or other electronic identifier).
2.3. Re-entry or reuse of the same ticket is not permitted, and such tickets will be considered invalid.
2.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided בעת purchasing the ticket.
2.5. Ticket payments must be completed in full prior to the event date. This requirement applies to both individual and corporate orders.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1. Ticket prices are determined by the organizer and may be subject to change.
3.2. In addition to the ticket price, payment system commissions, service fees, and other transaction costs may apply.
3.3. A ticket is considered valid only after full payment has been completed.
3.4. In case of unsuccessful or incomplete payments, the ticket will not be confirmed and the amount will be refunded in accordance with relevant banking procedures.
4. Ticket Usage
4.1. Entry to the event is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket.
4.2. Late attendees may be admitted in accordance with the venue’s internal rules; however, this may result in difficulties regarding reserved seating or appropriate placement.
4.3. A ticket is valid for one person only, unless otherwise specified in the ticket terms.
4.4. Change of ticket holder is only possible with the prior written or electronic consent of the organizer.
5. Ticket Refund Policy
5.1. Ticket refunds are only possible in the following cases:
a) event cancellation;
b) change of event date;
c) incorrect sale due to a technical error.
5.2. Refunds due to personal reasons of the User (non-attendance, change of plans, etc.) are only possible with the organizer’s consent.
5.3. Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to the event; otherwise, the request may not be accepted.
5.4. Service and transaction fees may be non-refundable.
5.5. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take from 3 (three) to 15 (fifteen) business days depending on banking procedures.
6. Event Modification or Cancellation
6.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
6.2. In such cases, the User may be offered the following options:
a) full refund of the paid amount;
b) validity of the ticket for the new event date.
7. Corporate Ticket Orders
7.1. A contract is concluded between the parties for corporate ticket orders.
7.2. Tickets are issued and delivered to the User after the contract is signed and full payment is completed.
7.3. Relevant seats may be temporarily reserved for the User until payment is completed.
8. Ticket Transfer and Sales Restrictions
8.1. Transfer of tickets to third parties may only be carried out in accordance with the rules determined by the organizer.
8.2. Sale or resale of tickets through unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.
8.3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets in case of suspicious or non-compliant transactions.
8.4. For both corporate and individual purchases, ticket payments must be completed prior to the event.
9. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
9.1. The User’s personal data is processed solely for the purpose of service provision.
9.2. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes arising between the parties shall initially be attempted to be resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be settled in the competent courts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
